SHIPPING INFO
Swirly Quirly Loops uses USPS for shipping. Standard shipping is $5 within the U.S Territory and $10 outside the U.S Territory. Standard shipping is 3-5 business days for Us residents and 6-15 business days for international residents.
Processing Time
Processing time is anywhere from 2-3 weeks. Each order is hand made and made to order by the owner. If high volumes of orders arise, Swirly Quirly Loops will reach out and communicate with you if we need additonal time outside of the processing time. Once your order has been completed, we will send you an email with pictures of your final product. Please be sure to respond to the email if everything is to your satisfaction before we ship your final product.
Refunds & Cancellation
Refunds: Because each item is handmade and made to order, refunds will not be issued. However, if there is an issue with your item that was the fault of Swirly Quirly Loops, we will fix the problem free of charge.
Cancellation: You have 24 hours from the day you submitted your order to cancel it. Please email Swirlyquirlyloops@gmail.com to cancel your order. In the subject line, please add your order number.
