SHIPPING INFO
Swirly Quirly Loops uses USPS for shipping. Standard shipping is $5 within the U.S Territory and $10 outside the U.S Territory. Standard shipping is 3-5 business days for Us residents and 6-15 business days for international residents.
Processing Time
Processing time is anywhere from 2-3 weeks. Each order is hand made and made to order by the owner. If high volumes of orders arise, Swirly Quirly Loops will reach out and communicate with you if we need additonal time outside of the processing time. Once your order has been completed, we will send you an email with pictures of your final product. Please be sure to respond to the email if everything is to your satisfaction before we ship your final product.
Refunds & Cancellation
Refunds: Because each item is handmade and made to order, refunds will not be issued. However, if there is an issue with your item that was the fault of Swirly Quirly Loops, we will fix the problem free of charge.
Cancellation: You have 24 hours from the day you submitted your order to cancel it. Please email Swirlyquirlyloops@gmail.com to cancel your order. In the subject line, please add your order number.

How will I know the item you make fits me?You must provide accurate measurements of yourself when you are placing your orders. Some items on the site ask you for your measurements in inches. Please, make sure you indicate that before you submit your order.

I want to cancel my order, how do I do this?"If you would like to cancel an order, please email us at Swirlyquirlyloops@gmail.com within 24 hours of your submitted order. In the subject line, please type in your order number so that we can easily access your purchase information. Once completed, we will issue a refund. However, if you try to submit a cancellation order pass the 24 hour mark, we will not issue a refund. Please be mindful of processing time before you purchase.

How do I wash my crochet items?You can wash your crocheted items on cold water and on the gentle/handwash cycle of your machine. You can use your dryer on low or air dry, so that your item will not stretch out. When in doubt, handwash your material using cold water and air dry!

How can I customize an order?Some items on the site allows you to add in customizations. However, if there is a product you desire and you want to customize it, please email us at swirlyquirlyloops@gmail.com Prices will increase for customized orders.
